How much does it cost to be a Justia Connect Pro?

Justia Connect Pro is available for as little as $16.65/month when paid yearly ($199.80/year)! This represents two free months of Justia Connect Pro when compared to the monthly membership price. If paid monthly, Justia Connect Pro costs just $19.99/month.

When will payments be processed for Justia Connect Pro?

If you have chosen to pay for your Justia Connect Pro Membership on an annual basis, your membership payment will be processed each year on your renewal date, which is the day you initially upgraded to Justia Connect Pro. For example, if you upgraded to Justia Connect Pro on May 1, 2022, your next payment will be processed on May 1, 2023. If you upgrade to Justia Connect Pro on February 29 in a leap year, your renewal payments will be processed on the last day of February in subsequent renewal years.

If you are paying for your Justia Connect Pro Membership on a monthly basis, your membership renews monthly and payment will be processed each month on your renewal date, which is the same day each month as the day on which you upgraded to Justia Connect Pro. For example, if you upgraded to Justia Connect Pro on May 1, 2022, your next payment will be processed on June 1, 2022. If the day you upgraded to Justia Connect Pro falls after the 28th day of the month, your payment will be processed either on the same day of the month as your initial upgrade or on the last day of the month, whichever occurs first.

How do I change my payment method for Justia Connect Pro?

To change the payment method for your Justia Connect Pro Membership, please log in to your Justia Accounts page. There, you will see a block regarding Justia Connect and a link to manage your Justia Connect Pro Membership. After selecting the link to manage your membership, you will be directed to the membership management page that will guide you through the process of updating your payment method.

How do I access my Justia Connect Pro billing history?

You can access all payment receipts and view your Justia Connect Pro billing history in just a few simple steps!

First, log in to your Justia Connect dashboard.

Then, click the Justia Connect Pro Payment Management link at the bottom of the page.

Select "View Invoices and Receipts" in the "Invoices and Payment History" block.

Now, you're all set! You will be able to see the billing and payment history for your membership, as well as obtain copies of your receipts.

What happens if my Justia Connect Pro payment fails?

Things happen sometimes. If your recurring payment method fails for any reason, we will immediately send you an email notification asking that you update your payment method as soon as possible.

Don’t worry! You will have 7 days from your original renewal billing date to update the payment method for your Justia Connect Pro Membership. If you do not update your payment method within this 7-day grace period, your Justia Connect Pro Membership will be automatically downgraded to a free Justia Connect Basic Membership.

Can I change from a monthly Justia Connect Pro Membership to an annual membership?

Of course! To change from a monthly to yearly membership with Justia Connect Pro, please log in to your Justia Accounts page. There, you will see a block for Justia Connect with a link to manage your Justia Connect Pro Membership. Click this link to be directed to the membership management page. Then, you follow the appropriate link to change your membership term. You will be billed for your annual Justia Connect Pro Membership at the end of your current monthly membership term.

Can I change from an annual Justia Connect Pro Membership to a monthly membership?

Unfortunately, you are unable to switch from an annual Justia Connect Pro Membership to a monthly membership plan within the first eleven months of your initial upgrade or any subsequent annual renewals. However, if you are within one month of your annual Justia Connect Pro Membership renewal, you may switch from a yearly to a monthly membership term.

Please log in to your Justia Accounts page. There, you will see a block for Justia Connect with a link to manage your Justia Connect Pro Membership. Click this link to be directed to the membership management page. Then, you follow the appropriate link to change your membership term.

Your change in membership status will not occur until the end of your annual membership term. Then, you will be billed monthly for your renewal.

How do I downgrade my Justia Connect Pro Membership?

To downgrade your Justia Connect Pro Membership to a free Justia Connect Basic Membership, log in to your Justia Accounts page. There, you will see a block regarding Justia Connect and a link to manage your Justia Connect Pro Membership. After clicking on the link to manage your membership, you will be directed to the page where you can initiate the downgrade process.

Does my Justia Connect Pro Membership expire?

Justia Connect Pro Memberships automatically renew monthly or yearly, depending upon your chosen payment term. Should you downgrade your Justia Connect Pro Membership or we are unable to collect your payment, your membership will expire at the end of your membership term and your account will be reverted to a free Justia Connect Basic Membership.
