Francine Ward is a lawyer, speaker, and traditionally published author. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (1989), she has practiced law since 1991 and is admitted to the bar in California, New York, and the District of Columbia. Specializing in intellectual property and estate planning, her focus includes copyrights, trademarks, and publishing law.

As both an attorney and published author, Ward brings unique insight into the publishing industry — understanding contract negotiation, the nuances of book agreements, and the realities of getting published. She secured a six-figure deal with Random House for her first book, Esteemable Acts (2003), and has been published twice. She is currently working on her first crime novel.
