Pugh Accardo
Marina Wilson is an Associate at Pugh Accardo. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and counseling franchise companies with business and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Pugh Accardo, Marina practiced in employment, education, religion, and insurance matters. She also has experience defending businesses in workers’ compensation, contract, and construction disputes. Outside of her practice experience, Marina previously worked on free law projects and legal marketing solutions at Justia, and was also featured as a speaker in Justia Webinars for lawyers.
A graduate of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Marina received the Second Place Best Oralist award in the LSU Law Dean’s Cup Competition in 2019 and was a Semi-Finalist at the National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition. She also served as a member of the LSU Board of Advocates and earned recognition for her academic performance in Constitutional Law II, Introduction to Environmental Law, Energy Law and Regulation, Climate Change Law, and Sports Law.
