Michael F. Yagercik, Esquire is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania with an active practice located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. In 2025, Mr. Yagercik joined the Education and Outreach team for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Pennsylvania, an organization that provides services to Pennsylvania’s judges and lawyers, members of their families, and law students who may be facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. Mr. Yagercik has been a volunteer with LCL since 2020.
Mr. Yagercik has maintained his private practice in Beaver Falls since 2019. The Law Office of Michael F. Yagercik has a primary caseload consisting of criminal defense, family law and dependency matters. Prior to opening his practice, Mr. Yagercik also served as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Public Defender in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Yagercik graduated from Saint Vincent College in 2002 with his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy, and in 2006 he received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law. He currently resides in Beaver County, Pennsylvania with his wife Sarah and their daughters Anastasia and Alexandra. He serves on the board of Drug and Alcohol Services of Beaver Valley, a treatment facility located in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
Our mission:
To provide a caring peer assistance program to save the lives and restore the health and professional competence of lawyers and judges, members of their families, and law students who are at risk as a result of alcohol and drug use, gambling, depression or other serious mental illness. We carry out this mission through a combination of confidential helpline services, volunteer support and education.
