This program addresses a gap most ethics CLEs miss: the psychology of what happens in the months and years before a rule is broken. Drawing on the presenter's own federal conviction and a broader study of attorney misconduct patterns, it introduces a Four-Element Framework (Emotion, Identity, Logic, and Ethical Self-Regulation) and maps The Erosion SequenceTM — a five-stage framework covering the First Accommodation, the Normalization Window, Identity Drift, the Locked Position, and the Collapse Event — giving attorneys stage-specific decision-architecture tools to recognize where they are in that sequence before the window to intervene closes. The program includes applied hypotheticals, real-world case studies, an introduction to The Erosion Profile TM archetypes, and a self-assessment instrument attendees can use in their own practice.

This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1.50 credit hours, of which 1.50 credit hours will apply to Legal Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit.
